Our Freedom shower base is wonderful. The people at Accessibility Professionals were wonderful to work with.  In the beginning the agent helped me correct my order and get the best possible price.  When they handicap bars were missing from the original delivery, the company made sure they were delivered very quickly so that our installer got the project completed as scheduled.  And now we have safe shower!

We finished the job that we had purchased the shower enclosure from you for. The client is very happy and so are we. Working with your company was great - there were no problems and the unit went in as described in the instructions. The young man who will be using the bathroom is now capable of being in the bathroom by himself and having that new-found sense of independence. Should we need any handicap accessible products in the future we will definitely call on your company.

After searching the internet for a shower stall that was 54” wide, we came across Accessibility Professionals. I called and was treated with respect from a live human being named Andrew who sent a quote. We placed the order the next day. We received our boxes with our shower in it in record time delivered by a freight company. From the moment we opened the boxes to inspect it we knew we made the right decision to spend the money to get such a quality product. Our handymen were amazed at how easy it was to put together. We made them watch the video before install after giving them a few days with the instructions. The process was easy and the shower looks fantastic. We are so pleased with it. We are in our 50s and wanted our remodel to include accessibility features for the future so we also had grab bars installed as well as a shower head that was removable. We are really pleased with our shower and recommend it to anyone. 

We have used different ADA shower pans, however we like the Freedom 38”x38” ADA shower pan because it is the only barrier free pan that fits the space and allows us to be compliant with the 36”x36” inside dimension required by the ADA. We tried a 39”x39” pan from another vendor and it gave us a big problem. Our orders were delivered on time and the quality was very good.

Thanks again for your help and presence through the purchase and installation of my fabulous new shower! Seriously! The whole deal has been great…It's now so easy to bathe and safely. Yesterday…I just stepped in and took a quick shower. Not to worry about getting over the tub wall and be without grab bars…the seat allows me to easily wash my feet and I can put it up out of the way if I want to stand.

Having the grab bars everywhere lends a lot of security and independence. The sprayer is so convenient whatever my place and with the hand switch I'm saving a tremendous amount of water. I love it...I am a jeweler craftsman and my trade is built on trust and quality. Your company has provided all of that.

On another positive note I'd like to mention that the stainless accessories, i.e. corner shelf/grab bar and bench seat are very well put together. I've been in metal fabrication my entire career and these pieces have been put together quite well.

The shower was installed this past Thursday & Friday. We are very pleased with the shower and the installer did a great job. Dan loves his new walk-in shower...needs no assistance...two shower heads. He uses a bath stool vs the bench. It was a work in progress for a while because contractors expanded the small bathroom by placing the shower into the bedroom. The instructions were clear and once they saw how the framing worked, decided to remodel the whole bathroom ... more room for wheelchair, etc.

We are very happy with the whole process and quality of shower. A definite recommendation for disability needs.Hopefully this will help Dan to stay more independent longer. Thank you again for excellent service and product.

 It has been awhile but the new bathroom addition is finally completed.  It came out beautifully.  The shower is wonderful.  You guys do a really nice job. 

The five piece shower unit is simple to keep clean.  The low threshold is easy to navigate yet high enough to keep water off the adjacent floor.  Once trim is painted I'll be adding the cushion "dam" accessory I saw on the website.
